近日，深圳华侨城创意文化园（OCT-LOFT）迎来了一位新「园驻民」——Snøhetta深圳工作室。作为国际知名的综合型设计事务所，Snøhetta成立30年以来，秉持跨学科的思维方式，设计了一系列富有影响力的公共和文化项目，服务领域涵盖建筑，景观，室内，产品和品牌设计。

Today is a special day! We are both proud and excited to announce the opening of our Shenzhen Studio – Snøhetta’s second studio in Asia and our 9th studio globally.

Shenzhen is a young city growing at an outstanding pace, with no sign of slowing down. Capturing and embracing that energy, our Shenzhen studio has grown into a 10-person studio over a short period of time with several ongoing projects. We are excited to share, to take roots, and to blossom together with the city of Shenzhen and the region at large.

深圳是一个年轻的城市，发展速度迅猛，丝毫没有放缓的迹象。Snøhetta深圳工作室抓住并拥抱了这种能量，在短时间内已发展成为一个10人规模的工作室，并忙碌于几个正在进行中的项目。Snøhetta很高兴能与深圳，湾区乃至全中国分享、扎根、共同发展。

About Snøhetta

Snøhetta is a place that nobody is from, but anyone can experience.

Snøhetta (Norwegian pronunciation: [ˈsnøːˌhɛtɑ]) began as a collaborative architectural and landscape workshop, and has remained true to its trans-disciplinary way of thinking since its inception.

For more than 30 years, Snøhetta has designed some of the world’s most notable public and cultural projects. Snøhetta kick-started its career in 1989 with the competition-winning entry for the new library of Alexandria, Egypt. This was later followed by the commission for the Norwegian National Opera in Oslo, and the National September 11 Memorial Museum Pavilion at the World Trade Center in New York City, among many others.

Today, Snøhetta has grown to become an internationally renowned practice of architecture, landscape architecture, interior architecture, product- and graphic design, with more than 300 employees from 45 different nations.

Since its inception, the practice has maintained its original transdisciplinary approach, and integrates architectural, landscape, interior, product and graphic design across its projects. The collaborative nature between Snøhetta's different disciplines is an essential driving force of the practice.

Based in Oslo and New York, and with offices in Innsbruck, Paris, Hong-Kong, Shenzhen, Adelaide and Melbourne, Snøhetta is currently working on more than 150 projects internationally, including the Cornell University Executive Education Center and Hotel in New York, and the Shanghai Grand Opera House. Recently completed works include Europe’s first underwater restaurant, Under, the Le Monde Group Headquarters in Paris, the Temple University Library, the redesign of the public space in Times Square, the expansion to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Lascaux IV: The International Centre for Cave Art, Calgary’s new Central Library, and the design for Norway’s new banknotes.
